Make sure you daughters are home too.....
Right! In the Dareus thread, I opined that the appeal was a no-brainer. I'm assuming that we'll dismiss our appeal hours before the PSU game, if we don't have a ruling by then...That's shocking to me. Suddenly the Dareus situatuion looks brighter.
It only took 3 days to process Masoli's appeal, maybe Dareus' could go through in the same amount of time...That's shocking to me. Suddenly the Dareus situatuion looks brighter.
You think you could get accepted to grad school if you applied on August 13 at Ole Miss and were not a football player. I wonder who will sue ole miss for getting declined admission to post grad studies? I dont have a dog in this hunt but it sounds like something Oilbama do. LOLPersonally, and from a pure football perspective, I'm looking forward to watching him play.

Be that as it may, why should the NCAA step in and stop him from enrolling elsewhere?I just cant morally agree with this. He committed a crime and violated team rules. His coaches punished him so he left to escape that punishment. I'm all for second chances, but this was not the right way to earn it.
Agreed. If you don't like the rule then change it. Discretions or not, Masoli met all of the requirements to transfer in.Right ruling. I wouldn't doubt if the NCAA tweaks this rule now though
