I agree with that 100%, BUT,when you have one guaranteed full scholarship quarterback going into next fall, it's almost a necessity to do what it takes to make sure you have another one coming in, and to get him in early and secured.Saban doesn't seem like the type to hire as important of a position as OC just to retain a recruit.
That "continuation" is why I'm glad this happened. Still, the fact that he seems to place more emphasis on running the ball thrills me to death. We will get a continuation of what we're doing from what I saw of USC under Sark. Pro-style with spread option concepts mixed into offense. He's been doing working under Kiffin for the past season, he'll already have some of the wrinkles Kiffin has added in on top of that in mind.
Amen brother...What I like about this is, WE CAN GET BACK TO FOCUSING ON FOOTBALL AND THE GAME.

He would have been named OC for awhile then. No other way for him on the road recruiting like that.Well, Sark flew out to Hawaii earlier this week to close the deal with Tua. Draw from that what you will...![]()
All of the older buildings on campus are like that for whatever reason. I got off the elevator on the wrong floor in Gorgas one time and found myself in some secret office space. No stairs that led back to the normal part of the library that I could find at all.Reminds me, my first job in college was basically babysitting and signing out TCF class video equipment in the basement of Reese-Phifer. Quickly, they reassigned me to a more appropriate job for my abilities as an IT technician for the college of communications. I probably signed out the wrong cameras to the wrong student one too many times! Anyway, I'd often have to ferry a laptop down there to the WVUA metrologist for his public speaking events (I think he works for WBRC now?). Weird building. Almost every staircase has a different amount of "access" to the building...got lost a few times.
I doubt it will be discussed here, but it was likely what you expected. That said, despite confirmation from several folks who were there, I'm going to trust CNS - he's not steered us wrong yet. What was the mishap in Atlanta? I can probably guess, but I'd like to have it confirmed.
Can it be discussed here? Inquiring minds.I doubt it will be discussed here, but it was likely what you expected. That said, despite confirmation from several folks who were there, I'm going to trust CNS - he's not steered us wrong yet.
