When Jackson Arnold, a QB that supposedly wasn’t suppose to present an issue for you in the ground game because “he isn’t a running qb” goes through your defense like a dose of exlax through a crippled dog, and they havd 200+ yards at half on the ground , yep we were dominated.

After Milroe threw that pick 6, and no change was made at QB, it was all over but the shouting.
I was ready for him to be benched after the FIRST INT.

It was EXACTLY the same type of throw as last year vs Texas where he just pre-determined to lazily chuck the ball to the perimeter with a Defender RIGHT THERE in front of the WR.

I mean he just threw it RIGHT TO the CB.

Then Shula... I mean CKD just sent him right back out next series.

And yet from DeBoer post game on Milroe’s performance. While I don’t expect CKD to throw Milroe “under the bus”, I DO expect a little more intelligently honest assessment of his performance.

"The screen pass [on the first interception] – they jump it and you have to assume those blocks are going to happen and you're reading a different defender," DeBoer said. "Then there's the pick-six that goes the other way. I don't know if he just didn't see him or predetermined things, but there was still a lot of game left and I felt like a lot of things he was doing, he was fighting and battling, and doing a lot of things well for our football team. We just all needed to be a little better."

We dropped some very catchable passes. That alone shouldn’t be enough for us to lose the game though. CKD has one chance to take the full reins of this program by permanently ridding us of Milroe, but he will not do it.
Yes we did. Someone, I apologize for not giving them credit was saying days ago about the high school quality lighting at their field. When we were having drops during the gouge drives you could tell we were step with the lights. Ryan Williams doesn’t normally miss passes coming right at his face and the same happened to Dipree. I thought we would get over it but Milroe started feeling the heat because of it and just looked rattled. Things just started spiraling out of control from then on.

Bernard literally didn’t even reach his arms out for one of them. He didn’t know the ball was right there.

No one accused you of mocking Bryant…
Okay. I had a little fun with a nickname someone used for CNS while expressing my opinion on this whole LANK situation. It was said that I was mocking the “GOAT” CNS. I edited my original comment to remove the silly nickname, but just to poke a little bit more fun I referenced Coach Bryant as the GOAT. I do apologize for the sarcasm and will try to be more constructive in the future.

What has DeBoer done about the culture, it hasn’t changed? All I’ve heard all year is that he’s a players coach which never seems to work long term in the SEC.

If he really wanted to “deal” with the culture then one of the first things he should have done was told Milroe and his LANK mafia to hit the portal. He didn’t and we’ve wasted a second season under their control.

Look, it would be one thing if Bama had lost 3 competitive games to UGA, Tenn and LSU. Losing to 2 6-5 teams with sub .500 conference records is pathetic. Shows a lack of ability to coach up a team which is why I now believe DeBoer’s tenure will be short lived. Remember there were other games where this team looked under prepared but ultimately won the games. They stunk against USF until the final 10 minutes of the 4th quarter. USC was not a pretty game as well.

Wommack has to go the second the clock hits :00 after the bowl game. He can’t cut it in the SEC. I think he’s confused because our OC always goes away from things that are working so he thinks that’s what other teams will do and refuses to adjust. I mean, how many times do you need to see Arnold run all over us before you decide you might want to try and stop him. Doing the same thing and expecting different results is stupidity and that is our DC.
You talking about the same culture that literally went on strike in the South Florida game last season because Milroe got benched? The players have all the power now. What would you do? If KD would’ve sent those guys packing the team may be sitting at 6-5 or worse right now. Then you have fans on your lawn with torches and pitchforks. You all need to understand that college football has went the way of the pros. The players control everything. College Football is even worse because there are no free agency restrictions, these guys just come and go as they please.

Saban should’ve never let that crap get off the ground last year but he did. Now we’re dealing with a situation because he got tired of entitled players and bailed. Once you opened this Pandora’s box of NIL/Portal the college game we all grew up loving died. Going forward there will be no building programs with recruits and development. Just pull mercenaries from the portal and hope it works out.

The only hope we have now is that the NFL is getting ****ed because all of these players are coming into the league undeveloped because they’re playing in multiple college systems. Once the league wants change we’ll see change.

You can’t win a championship building like Wisconsin anymore. You have to have a quarterback that can pre and post snap read. That doesn’t mean he has to put on video game points but he has to be able to make smart reads and decisions. I think you need running backs and good linemen to compete as well.

Milroe either is incapable of this or is just uncoachable because we are really living off of whether a defense can make him go east and west in determining outcomes of the game. There were several times where if he just handed it off that we are probably striking up the band but he was bound and determined to keep it.
People have been trying to tell others for weeks now that he's a Ball Hog who calls his own number whether is the right read or not.

It's been plain as day all year.

I can't remember a more selfish player.

I was ready to bench him after he CHOSE to run southeast and southwest instead of taking the contact and establishing a north-south determination. That decision gave OU confidence to establish the dominance they enjoyed.

This one you are talking about would have been a much easier catch than the one he made on our field goal drive. So it wasn’t like he had an off night. He was looking back toward the lights in the corners of the end zone.

Yeah, the ball almost hit him. He could not see it.
