Saban has hired some pretty good offensive coordinators over the years
Well.... This combination of players and coaches just can't make it happen. Plenty of talent but....
- players don't play with confidence... don't believe in the schemes perhaps?? (understandable because...)
- we don't seem to have a scheme ... more of an attempt to react to what's being done to us approach
- general lack of hunger...
I noticed something tonight that shocked me. Even when we took the lead at 15-14 guys were sitting on the sideline with dead glassy eyes. Something is wrong internally with the program. No idea what it is but it’s something major.

Saban is the head coach it should be his call and if he let somebody else make that call then he's definitely lost it.
He has hired quite a few good Coordinators. Why can't he do it again?

Guys...people were saying that we were over and done with before the 2020 season too. Not every season is going to be perfect. I am just as frustrated with the game as anyone else here is. But be realistic. Yes, we need better coordinators, but you can also maybe appreciate that we've also suffered at times from a lack of continuity in our coordinator spots too as they've been recruited to other teams.
The program isn't dead, just like it wasn't dead in 2010, 2013, 2014, 2016, 2018-19, or 2021. We just need adjustments and, IMHO, some fresh blood in a few positions, including receiver.

This is the thing that I just flat damn don`t understand. Let`s see what CNS` explanation is.
I just want a defensive coordinator that can make adjustments that is aggressive. An office of coordinator that has some innovation and maybe run it a little fast every now and then instead of letting the play clock get down below 5 seconds almost every play
