You must have missed some of the SEC's recruiting classes for 2010, even after the new rule. South Carolina has four that count back to the 2010 class, three EEs, and one juco. The juco doesn't apply apply to the 28 limit for 2011 because he signed in Dec of 2010, and the limits for the 2011...
