I think that was the best game I have seen Green play in some time.

It would have been demoralizing, had we lost. Green is at the top of his game and Mitchell is playing calmly and within the team. Maybe they can pull it together...

I know - just piggybacking on the gag. I don't buy Chizik's theology (such as it is) and neither does the coach in question.

I only got to watch the last 15 or so of regulation and the overtimes but I don't remember ever seeing Lacey in there. Was he just not on tonight or something? I did see he was involved on the bench and cheering on the team just never saw him on the floor.

Yeah- loved the effort. Our record/numbers are very close to theirs. Very similar record/standing/RPI....so this was HUGE for us and I think a quality win. But I do agree with what was sd earlier- had we lost it would have been devastating. Hopefully this will get us going- gotta take care of AU and LSU- there's no reason we can't get to 10-6 in SEC play.

Very important win- I was pretty critical with my half time post, but the effort and will to win was very evident in the 2nd half and overtime. A lot of hustle and desire. Maybe they can win a game or two on the road-got to keep playing hard and smart. Roll Tide!!

A tough, gritty, hard fought win. Hopefully we will look back on this game and the Arky game as the turning point in the season. This team has a lot of potential but they have to realize that they need to bring their A-game every time.
