I still think it's strange that Reggie Ragland would tweet that he knew where Winston was going....Oh well....Win some, lose some...Roll Tide..
I know. This is the one thing that doesn't add up.I still think it's strange that Reggie Ragland would tweet that he knew where Winston was going....Oh well....Win some, lose some...Roll Tide..
Come on! He has a right to speak his mind. He will have a lot of explaining thoughThe only upside to him committing to FSU is it will shut up alabamafb.
Like I said before, high school kid's Tweets mean absolutely nothing.I know. This is the one thing that doesn't add up.
It is hard to imagine a lifelong Bama fan stepping up to the table and committing to anywhere other than Bamaon TideFans.com There are still several hours for him to change his mind........some kids change their mind at the last second
agree, but if he does verbally commit to FSU tomorrow, I truly hope there is no meltdown on this forum. lord knows we have spent enough time, energy, and widthband on this topic. most of us have embraced the possibility of JW going to FSU (I have since 4 months ago) and will not be shock.I would remind everyone that he hasnt commited anywhere yet. those are only predictions....save the meltdown for his announcement.
He is not. He grew up cheering for Oklahoma and never really favored Bama or AU.Correct me if I'm wrong, I don't believe Winston is life long Bama fan as some assumed.
You are correct. Jameis Winston has been quoted as saying he grew up pulling for AU.Correct me if I'm wrong, I don't believe Winston is life long Bama fan as some assumed.
Hmmm...hadn't heard that. Everyone can disregard my post above then. You are correct. Jameis Winston has been quoted as saying he grew up pulling for AU.
My god, man, this is a fan board. How dare you offer perspective?Would like to head off the meltdown... if that indeed happens. Realize that whoever wins the QB battle this fall will be leading our team for the next three years most likely (barring injury). Certainly, with the 25-signee rule being enacted, taking a guy who is at best a 50-50 shot to stick w/ football is a gamble... especially in light of not really "needing" a blue-chipper this year. For those who wanted him solely for the ratings affect, I don't know if Bama will ever win a NC in recruiting again with the new restrictions. IF we miss out on all top-rated guys the next two years, then by all means melt down... but don't melt on a guy like JW who may not even step on a CFB field in his life.
I've seen quotes where he stated that he didn't grow up pulling for either in-state program, but for Oklahoma. You are correct. Jameis Winston has been quoted as saying he grew up pulling for AU.
