I think worst-case 10-2, best case undefeated through the championship game. I feel like we upset georgia either way. With the staff CKD has put together I feel really good about this team.

Leading passer: Mack
Leading rusher: Hayes
Leading receiver: Odem

With a 12 team playoff I think we'll get there. We'll be able to score points in most games with DeBoer's offense no matter who the QB ends up being. Of course watching the chess game between DeBoer and Kirby will be interesting when we play UGA. Like others I think 10-2 is very possible. The one way we could fail is if there's a huge drop off defensively.

If OSU doesn't win it all with the money they have thrown at players and coaches Day should get the Kiffin left on the tarmac treatment.
People keep saying things like this and it's a crazy take imo.

He's never won less than 11 games a year in full seasons and never lost more than 2 games.

Lane was an 8-5 HC on average when he was fired.

These situations are not even remotely similar.

Day will eventually win a NC if tOSU will be patient.

Coach Saban fooled s lot of people into thinking championships just grow on trees. Even though he made it look easy, it's hard to win a national championship, and only going to get harder with the 12 team playoff.

Only thing that gets Day fired is if OSU somehow loses to what should be a greatly weakened, vulnerable Michigan. If they lose that game, Day may not make it out of the stadium as coach.

Michigan takes a big step back, they are losing a lot. New coach, new QB.

Washington as well, losing a lot, takes a big step back. New coach, new QB.

Texas will be a beast. They play at Michigan on Sept. 7......should absolutely truck them. They'll be 5-0 headed to the Red River Shootout. They'll have Georgia in Austin the week after. Huge match up.

Georgia will be a beast. But....but....they've got a trip to Tuscaloosa, Sept. 28....a trip to Austin, Oct. 19....a trip to Oxford, Nov. 9.

Alabama....who knows....new coach....new system. We're at Wisconsin on Sept. 14.....have Georgia at home on Sept. 28....at Tennessee on Oct. 19.....Missouri at home on Oct. 26......at LSU on Nov. 9....at Oklahoma on Nov. 23....Auburn at home Nov. 30.

FSU has a lot of turnover.

Ole Miss will be strong.

Missouri is rising.

Oregon will be strong.

Ohio State will be very strong.

We should be in the playoff barring a complete surprise or a bunch of injuries. I think we beat Wisconsin...Georgia, I don't know.....I think we beat Tennessee.....LSU, I don't know......Oklahoma late season, don't know.....we beat Auburn.
As long as Jason Autrey isn't working that game...

The usuals will be there in the NC mix, with possible newcomers Ole Miss or Missouri.

My playoff final four:
Alabama
Oregon
Texas
Ohio St.

Bama shocks everyone, and goes undefeated, winning the National Championship.

Jalen Milroe surprises and impresses. He has a great year passing and running, and gets a Heisman invite.

RB Justice Haynes shows out.

The TEs play a big role in the offense, and do great.

Kendrick Law is the leading receiver, with Ryan Williams, Germie Bernard, and Jalen Hale doing well.
Caleb Odem does well in situational sideline plays.

The OL will prove the best overall in over five years.

The swarm defense will be that indeed.
Wommack's defense will show out. This defense will be loaded with leadership, guts, and a mean attitude we haven't seen in years.
While slightly thin, the DBs positions are very talented.
The defensive Line and linebackers will be talented 1st stringers 2 deep.

If this happens there may be mass suicides around the country.

What’s the point in winnng all those games if he can’t win the ones that count?

Ask Mark Richt, how did his replacement turn out
